Indiabulls Commercial Credit acquires south Delhi property for Rs 60 crore

Indiabulls Commercial Credit Ltd. (IBCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. (IBHFL) has acquired four floors of a property at south Delhi’s Anand Lok from Sheela Gehlot, wife of Raj Singh Gehlot, promoter of the Ambience group, for Rs 60 crore. The property is spread across a 780 square yard plot.

Manesar civic body fines two building sites for GRAP violations

The Municipal Corporation of Manesar (MCM) imposed Rs 5.5 lakh penalty on two constriction sites for violating the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) guidelines. One of the construction sites is located in Sector 90 while the other is in Sector 99A.

Oberoi Realty's profit rises 20% to Rs 319 crore in Q2 FY23

Oberoi Realty Ltd reported a 20 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 318.62 crore for the quarter ended September. Total income, however, declined to Rs 711.79 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 768.52 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
