Indiabulls Commercial Credit Ltd. (IBCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. (IBHFL) has acquired four floors of a property at south Delhi’s Anand Lok from Sheela Gehlot, wife of Raj Singh Gehlot, promoter of the Ambience group, for Rs 60 crore. The property is spread across a 780 square yard plot.

Bollywood filmmaker, director and music composer Vishal Bhardwaj’s family has bought a premium residential apartment in Versova locality of Mumbai’s Andheri suburb for Rs 19.5 crore. The Bhardwaj family has purchased the apartment spread over a built up area of 2,056 sq ft on the 21st floor of residential tower Bay View and have paid stamp duty of Rs 1.17 crore for the registration of the deal.

Oberoi Realty Ltd reported a 20 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 318.62 crore for the quarter ended September. Total income, however, declined to Rs 711.79 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 768.52 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
